Physicians Ambulance uses the latest in cardiac monitor defibrillator technology. Powered by Zoll medical corporation's "M" series monitor, we are able to provide current AHA-compliant electrical interventions to treat our most critically ill patients. All cardiac monitors are serviced and calibrated yearly to provide the utmost safety and yield the best results for the patient. Our M-series monitors feature 12 lead ECG capability which allow prehospital recognition of heart attacks and other coronary syndromes. Early detection reveals patients in need of immediate intervention and allows for proper direction of patients to cardiac facilities. Time is muscle. The Biphasic defibrillation waveform of the devices provides statistically better first shock return of circulation and ultimately better outcomes. Our hands off defilation pads reduce operator error, increase safety, and assure proper energy transfer to the patient.
