To help improve outcomes in cardiac arrest, Physicians Ambulance carries the ResQPod circulatory enhancer. This device is used in conjunction with an advanced airway device placed by the EMT or Paramedic. The ResQPod works with CPR to help promote blood flow back to the heart, improving patient chances for a return of circulation.

CPAP assures appropriate oxygenation of our patients who would respond poorly to other treatment modalities. Patients who are ventilator dependant are assured that their transport will be carried out with their ventilation needs met with Physicians Ambulance's portable, automatic transport ventilators. We learned from doctors... which means we have lousy handwriting as well. Digital field data collection allows clear and detailed reporting of all patient assessments and treatments - the same information that would be normally be contained on a handwritten report. Each ambulance contains a Tablet PC and thermal printer allowing our EMTs and Paramedics to produce detailed patient care reports in a clear, readable format for review by hospital personnel.
